Following the success of the Creativity for Drummies series at Cannes, which featured interviews with top global chief creative officers, The Drum Awards Festival 2024 is extending its entry deadline to July 31. Lynn Lester, managing director of The Drum Events, emphasized the importance of giving entrants ample time to showcase their best work: “We understand the immense effort and creativity that goes into these entries.”
This year’s festival celebrates global marketing effectiveness and creativity with a revamped category structure designed to simplify the entry process. Categories include Advertising, Design, Out-of-Home (OOH), Media Strategies, B2B, Content, Experiential, PR, Social, and Social Purpose, ensuring all types of award-worthy work find their place.
Digital Advertising entries now fall under the Advertising category, while Live Experience is rebranded as Experiential. The Digital Experience category highlights outstanding web and metaverse projects.
Scheduled for November 11-14 in London, The Drum Awards Festival 2024 promises an exciting week-long event in front of a live audience, with results streamed globally as they happen, continuing the tradition from last year.
