Alesis has launched the Nitro Pro XL, a slightly larger e-drum kit, alongside the Nitro Amp, a powerful dedicated e-drum amplifier.
The Nitro Pro XL includes all features of the Nitro Pro, plus an additional drum and rubber cymbal. This model boasts 36 factory kits from the renowned BFD range, 16 customizable kits with 500 sounds, and a 90-day subscription to Drumeo.
The Nitro Amp enhances the experience with a three-inch full-range driver, a 70-watt class-D amplifier, and easy front controls for volume adjustment. It can be conveniently mounted directly onto the drum rack.
The Alesis Nitro Pro XL is priced at 849 euros at Thomann, while the Nitro Amp is available for 98 euros.

The Alesis Nitro Pro
Building on the legacy of the Nitro Max, the new Alesis Nitro Pro provides a traditional 5-drum, three-cymbal setup with a flexible, high-quality module, all mounted on a sturdy steel rack. The kit features reinforced mounts that allow for full-size spacing.
The Nitro Pro now includes a 10-inch dual-zone deep mesh snare, three 8-inch dual-zone mesh toms, and an 8-inch mesh kick drum compatible with double-kick pedals. The cymbals consist of 10-inch hi-hat, ride, and crash units, all equipped with choke functionality. The package also includes necessary cables, drumsticks, a drum key, a power supply, and a 90-day subscription to Drumeo, along with a copy of BFD Player and an expansion pack for additional sounds.
Both a kick drum and hi-hat pedal are provided.
The Pro Drum Module
The Pro module, sleek and compact with a striking deep red finish, features a built-in stand to securely hold your phone or tablet, ideal for utilizing the free Drumeo subscription.
This module includes 36 factory kits and the option to create 16 custom kits. It offers over 500 sounds and MIDI connectivity to connect to your computer, making use of the included BFD Player application. Additionally, it comes with various play-along tracks, a sequencer, metronome, and recorder.
The Alesis Nitro Pro is currently available for 799 euros.
