Kenn’s musical journey began in 1965 with Sonny and the Starfires, marking the start of his legendary career. At 75, he attributes his enduring energy and cool demeanor to his diet.

“I’ve been a vegetarian since I was 21,” Kenn revealed. “About nine or ten years ago, I switched to a vegan diet, cutting out dairy, cheese, and eggs. Staying healthy has been a priority for me, and I think it’s helped me keep going.”

Renowned for his distinctive twangy guitar style and vibrant reverb, Kenn has set the standard for Jersey Shore rock.
