A street theatre performance is set to return to Merseyside after it was postponed earlier this year due to adverse weather conditions.
The Spark! drummers will present two free performances at Halewood’s Triangle Park in Knowsley, scheduled for 5:30 PM and 6:45 PM BST.
The initial cancellation was prompted by an amber weather warning.
Councillor Shelley Powell from Knowsley expressed her enthusiasm, calling the event “really unique and special,” noting it marks the first time Spark! will perform in a green space instead of the town center.
“We love having Spark! drummers perform in Knowsley; they consistently attract a large audience and deliver an outstanding show for all ages,” she added.
The council has advised attendees against driving to the event due to limited parking and has encouraged walking or using public transport instead.
Additionally, the Halewood Triangle Café will be open to serve refreshments, according to the council.
